Physiotherapy/instruction in care and play to support development
In my work I combine the NDT-Bobath method, osteopathic techniques, craniosacral therapy, manual therapy and kinesiotaping.
I personalize consultations and therapies to the individual needs and abilities of each child, taking into account their unique developmental course and health conditions. I prioritize mutual trust and cooperation with parents, as well as providing a safe and comfortable environment for the child during physiotherapy sessions.
I also offer education for parents by providing guidance and advice on games, exercises and activities they can continue at home to support their child's physiological development, or progress when they require physiotherapy.
Shantala massage lessons
The method is named after a woman who was met by a French obstetrician traveling in India. He noticed how a simple, traditional massage performed by Shantala to a newborn baby had a wonderful effect on the infant and the bond building between them. He wrote a book about it, and as a result, the massage is known in Europe under the name Shantala.
During it, the parent gently massages the baby's body with smooth movements, and this physical contact helps build an emotional bond, allows the two to get to know each other, and the parent learns to read the baby's signals, which deepens his or her confidence as a caregiver.
Massage can also help improve the infant's sleep, regulate muscle tension, relieve discomfort associated with the so-called “colic”, and supports the physical and emotional development of the child. In addition, the ability to perform a Shantali massage gives parents a tool to alleviate their baby's anxiety and discomfort, and a unique opportunity to spend time together and create memorable moments of closeness and relaxation.

Lessons of babywearing
Wearing a baby in a sling is not only a practical solution, but also a unique opportunity to build a deep bond between parent and toddler. Not everyone needs to use it, not every parent or child needs it, but a sling can prove to be an indispensable support for highly sensitive children who need closeness and security, as well as for parents wishing to make everyday activities easier, such as taking care of an older sibling of a toddler, going for a quick walk with the dog, or going down the stairs when there is no elevator.
During the two-hour session, we choose the tying that is best for the toddler and the parents, and then step by step the parents learn how to skewer the sling so that they feel safe and comfortable in a given tying. If necessary, I make it possible to record the motoring by me, so that it is easier to train at home. If you don't have your own sling, that's okay, for the duration of the study I provide slings.

Therapy craniosacral
It is a non-invasive and painless method from the field of osteopathy that aims to restore balance to the nervous system. In infant therapy, I usually smoothly combine physiotherapy with osteopathic techniques, including craniosacral therapy. I also perform individual craniosacral therapy treatments for adults and older children. Due to mutual comfort, which affects the quality of the treatment, I only perform them in the office.
